Refund policy

All Vintage / Secondhand Sales are final.
These products may contain minor marks/stains/ general wear and tear due to their Vintage age. Major imperfections will be stated in Product Description along with a Grade (A-C.) 

Second hand / Vintage products - include but not limited to: tees, shorts and outerwear. 


Please use the provided measurements and recommended unisex sizes to choose the right size for you. We currently provide a Unisex size chart on the product pages for Tees, Sweatshirts, Hoodies and Levi Shorts with recommended measurements for each size. Please check your size carefully as we unable to refund due to incorrect size being selected. 
All flaws will be listed in the product description with a Grade, please check this before purchasing. We are unable to refund due to flaws listed in the description and pictures provided. If you find a flaw (that is not stated within the minor wear and tear mentioned about) within the product that was not noted within the description please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

As we are a small business we currently can not accept returns/ refunds for our Vintage products. Please choose carefully!
If you feel an exception should be made, please do reach out at info@lacunaclothing.co.nz and our Support Specialist will be able to assist with a return and refund.
